Using ACOG
It is very important to build, detoxify, and cleanse the body every three to four months. It is recommended to finish one bottle of ACOG Herbal Master with one bottle of ACOG 10,000X Aloe Vera Concentrate every three to four months to promote optimal health. If you have not purchased the ACOG Herbal Master Formula in addition to the ACOG 10,000X Aloe Vera, it is recommended to finish one bottle (180 caps) every three months or quarterly.

Take 3 capsules twice a day (morning and night) with 1 ounce of 10,000 x ACOG Aloe Vera Concentrate each time. Be sure to drink at least 64 oz. of water with this program. It is recommended to take 1half hour before eating.
Suggested Use: ACOG 10,000x Aloe Vera Juice Concentrate
(as a beverage & maintenance in between 3 to 4 month periods)
To Serve: Mix 1 fl oz. (30 mL) of concentrate with 7 fl. oz (207 mL) of water or liquid to make 8fl oz (236 mL) of reconstructed juice, take three to six times a day or as needed. Mix with purified water or your favorite beverage, liquids other than water will change nutritional facts. Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening to maintain freshness.
